Why We Built This Site
Texas permits broad access to many court dockets, yet locating the correct Randall County office can be difficult. The District Clerk keeps district criminal, civil, and family records. The County Clerk and lower-court clerks maintain other case groups. Courts set hearings and enter rulings, while Randall's Tyler portal and re:SearchTX provide different electronic views. The site brings those official contacts, portals, and request paths into a clear reference.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how Randall County criminal dockets and civil dockets are located and read
- Court settings: how to check court dates and confirm a hearing with the court
- Case lookups: ways to use a case lookup by name or number
- Record requests: how court records and certified copies reach the proper clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
